Do you think that there will be a change in India's policy towards Pakistan in the wake of the new government taking over?

Is there a possibility that the personality of the new Minister for External Affairs, Natwar Singh, will make a difference?

Natwar Singh in his first interaction with the press had said that it would not be right to put all the eggs in the Musharraf basket. He said that while on the Indian side there were institutions and systems, it was not so in the case of Pakistan. Do you think that this would indicate a change in the Indian attitude?

What do you think of the nuclear CBM talks held recently between the two sides? Is it a reiteration of the nuclear MoU, which is part of the Lahore Declaration?
