India: Tirunellai Narayana Iyer Seshan, or TN Seshan, the former Chief Election Commissioner of India, died in on November 10 after a cardiac arrest. He was 87 years old.
TN Seshan was in office fromDecember 12, 1990, to December 11, 1996.
