Slight increase in temperatures across the country

Dubai: Dusty weather conditions are anticipated across various regions of the country today, as reported by the National Center of Meteorology (NCM). The forecast highlights the likelihood of reduced visibility due to dust, particularly in the northern, coastal, and eastern areas. Residents in these regions should prepare for overcast skies accompanied by dust storms, which may impact outdoor activities and transportation. Residents are advised to exercise caution and stay updated on weather alerts.
Also, if you are planning to visit the beach, please exercise caution as a rough sea alert has been issued. The NCM has warned that the Arabian Gulf will experience turbulent conditions, with northwesterly winds reaching speeds of 40 km/h and wave heights expected to reach up to six feet.
There may also be light rainfall in some areas of the Northern and Eastern regions, with conditions ranging from partly cloudy to cloudy.
Temperatures are expected to increase slightly across the country. On average, temperatures are expected to be in the high 30s and minimum temperatures could drop to 16°C. Dubai is currently at 23°C with mostly dusty skies.
The maximum humidity is expected to reach 95 per cent.By night and early Thursday, some inland areas might feel the heat of humidity, with a chance of fog or mist rolling in to dampen the morning.
As of the weather forecast for tomorrow, Wednesday, 05 March 2025, it will be dusty and partly cloudy to cloudy at times, with light to moderate Southeasterly to Northeasterly winds that may freshen at times, causing blowing dust at speeds of 10 to 25 km/hr, potentially reaching up to 40 km/hr. The sea is expected to be moderate to rough at times in the Arabian Gulf and slight in the Oman Sea.
