Dubai: This evening, the weather is expected to be fair to partly cloudy, with conditions becoming dusty at times. As the night progresses, humidity will increase, particularly in some Northern Internal areas. Expect moderate to fresh northwesterly winds, which may become strong at times, especially over the sea, leading to the suspension of dust and sand in the air.

This may reduce horizontal visibility, so drivers should exercise caution. The sea conditions will be rough to very rough in the Arabian Gulf, with wave heights reaching up to 9 feet offshore. This strong wind will continue until around 2 PM tomorrow, Friday, April 18, 2025.

On Friday morning, the weather will remain fair to partly cloudy with intermittent dusty conditions. Humidity levels will persist, particularly in the Northern Internal regions. Winds will continue to be moderate to fresh, blowing between 15 to 30 km/h and potentially reaching 40 km/h at times. There will be blowing dust and sand in several areas, particularly towards the north.

The Arabian Gulf will remain rough, alongside the Oman Sea, which may lead to challenging conditions for marine activities.

Weekend Weather Forecast

This weekend, expect mostly fair to partly cloudy skies on Saturday. Some areas may experience high humidity overnight, leading to possible fog or mist by Sunday morning, particularly in northern regions. Winds will be moderate, ranging from 15 to 25 km/h, with occasional gusts reaching up to 40 km/h, which might stir up some dust and sand. Sea conditions will be moderate in the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea but could become rough at times. On Sunday, the weather will still be fair to partly cloudy, with temperatures gradually increasing during the day. Humidity will remain high at night into Monday morning in northern areas. Overall, it seems like a typical spring weekend with a blend of clear skies and humidity, along with some dust in the air.
