Dubai: A sweltering heat continues to grip the UAE, with temperatures soaring to dangerous levels across the region. According to AccuWeather, Dubai is expected to hit a blistering 41°C today under clear, sunny skies. Tonight, temperatures will dip slightly to 33°C, but conditions will remain dry and hot. The current temperature in the city stands at 35°C, though the real-feel temperature has climbed to 37°C, making outdoor conditions increasingly hazardous.

Meanwhile, Abu Dhabi is enduring even hotter conditions. The capital is forecast to reach a high of 42°C today with mostly sunny skies, dropping to a low of 32°C tonight, when hazy conditions are expected to develop. Presently, the temperature is 33°C, but the real-feel has surged to 42°C, intensifying heat stress for anyone outdoors.

Health authorities are strongly advising residents to avoid outdoor activities, stay hydrated, and remain indoors during peak daylight hours, as the extreme heat poses serious health risks, including heatstroke and dehydration.

The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) reports that the weather will remain fair to partly cloudy, with cloud formations likely in eastern and northern parts of the country. Humidity is expected to increase overnight and into Thursday morning, especially in coastal areas. Winds will be light to moderate, occasionally picking up during the day, and seas will be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and slight in the Oman Sea.

As the UAE endures one of the hottest stretches of the summer, residents are urged to stay updated on official weather alerts and take necessary precautions.
