UAE President shares Diwali wishes on Twitter

Dubai: President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, on Monday wished people celebrating Diwali.

Sheikh Mohamed took to Twitter and wrote: "Congratulations to all of those in the UAE and around the world celebrating Diwali, the festival of lights, and may the year ahead be one of peace, prosperity and happiness for you and your families."

The Hindu festival of lights is celebrated in a grand way with a series of events, promotions and fireworks marking the festivities post COVID-19.
