Dubai: What started as one person’s dream to unite Filipino HR professionals in the UAE has grown into a powerhouse of empowerment, innovation, and leadership. This year, the Filipino Human Resources Practitioners – UAE (FILHR) marks a major milestone: 15 years of building careers, shaping leaders, and creating lasting impact across the Emirates.

As the first and longest-running non-profit Filipino HR organization in the UAE, FILHR has supported the professional growth of over 1,200 members, offering a platform that bridges knowledge, opportunity, and community. On June 28, FILHR will celebrate its 15th anniversary—a legacy few organizations in its field have achieved.

15 years of growth, leadership, and giving back

FILHR has gone beyond typical networking. It has become a launchpad for careers and a catalyst for change. Through job fairs, leadership programs, and community outreach, the organization has empowered its members not only to excel in HR but to lead, mentor, and even become entrepreneurs.

Its impact extends into workplaces across the UAE, with members taking on key roles in major companies—bringing with them the values FILHR stands for: professionalism, integrity, and social responsibility.

Looking forward: The next chapter

As it celebrates this landmark year, FILHR isn’t just reflecting on its past—it’s looking ahead with bold ambition. The next 15 years will see renewed focus on innovation, strategic partnerships, and building future-ready HR professionals.

The FILHR @ 15 celebration on June 28, 2025 promises to be more than a milestone—it’s a tribute to the spirit of Filipino excellence in the UAE and a launchpad for what’s next.

Be part of the legacy. Be part of the impact. Celebrate with FILHR.
