The facility offers advanced IVF solutions, holistic support, and faster access
Dubai: As infertility emerges as a pressing health issue across the Middle East, Orchid Fertility has launched a new state-of-the-art clinic in Dubai Healthcare City.
The expansion comes at a time when more couples are seeking answers, support, and access to high-quality fertility care.
According to reports, infertility now affects one in six couples worldwide, with regional numbers on the rise due to lifestyle changes, delayed parenthood, and increased awareness. Orchid’s latest facility is designed to meet this growing demand head-on, with cutting-edge technology, compassionate care, and some of the highest IVF success rates in the UAE.
Emotional need
“Infertility is both a medical and deeply emotional journey,” said Dr. Dimitrios Kafetzis, Medical Director at Orchid Fertility. “This new facility reflects our commitment to providing not just treatment, but personalised, evidence-based care that respects each patient’s unique path,” he added.
Range of services
Patients can now benefit from a broader range of services, including fertility preservation, male infertility treatment, genetic screening, embryo freezing, and personalised IVF protocols — all delivered by a multidisciplinary team of specialists.
“At Orchid, we are not just addressing the physical side of infertility. We are also helping patients manage the emotional toll,” said Dr. Partha Das, Deputy Medical Director.
“We offer counselling, lifestyle coaching, and mindfulness sessions to support the full spectrum of the fertility journey.”
Regional health hub
The facility was inaugurated in the presence of senior officials from Dubai Healthcare City Authority and Waha Capital, Orchid’s shareholder. “This milestone reflects Orchid’s growth and Waha Capital’s commitment to investing in impact-driven healthcare businesses,” said Mohamed Hussain Al Nowais, Managing Director at Waha Capital.
Global standards
Orchid Fertility is accredited by both the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and Joint Commission International (JCI), underscoring its commitment to world-class clinical standards and patient safety.
“With infertility on the rise, there has never been a more important time to expand access to safe, effective, and compassionate care. We offer more than treatment. We offer hope, direction, and a human touch,” said Dr. Arpan David, CEO of Orchid Fertility.
