The UAE Cabinet has approved national holidays for the year 2019-2020, and grants the private sector the same number of holidays as the public sector.
The decree aims at achieving a balance between the two sectors and supporting the national economy, the ministry said in a tweet.

Eid Al Fitr: (29 Ramadan-3 Shawwal)
Arafah Day: (9 Dhu al Hijjah)
Eid Al Adha: (10-12 Dhu al Hijjah)
Hijri New Year: (1 Muharram 1441)
Commemoration Day: (1 December)
National Day: ( 2-3 December)
