Interactive, informational phone services available through ministry’s call centre

Dubai: The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) announced 18 services for establishments and domestic workers.
Services available to business owners include various reports, such as the establishment’s WPS (Wages Protection System) salary statement, list of UAE National work permits, surplus bank guarantees, establishment business cancellation statement, and Emiratisation targets report.
Additionally, business owners can obtain a copy of the employment contract and a comprehensive report about the establishment.
The ministry provides a service for private sector employees, enabling them to request for a ‘To Whom It May Concern’ certificate.
Services available to employers of domestic workers include accessing the domestic worker account statement, obtaining a wage protection report, and acquiring a copy of the employment contract.
The services also cover the payment of initial approval fees for work permits, banned establishment evaluation fees, work permit fines, approval fees for individuals sponsored by their relatives or holders of a Golden Visa. Employers can also pay establishment fines and make expedited payments of fines related to non-compliance with the Unemployment Insurance Scheme.
