Abu Dhabi: President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has sent a message of congratulations to President Jose Maria Neves of Cape Verde, on the occasion of his country’s Independence Day, which is observed on July 5.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, also sent similar message to President of Cape Verde and to Prime Minister Ulisses Correia e Silva on the occasion.
