Dubai: Sharjah’s Department of Islamic Affairs (DIA) launched its Mosque Inspector smart app at Gitex Technology Week 2017.
The app allows worshippers to make notes and suggestions that will be sent to inspectors, which will help boost the standard of services. The suggestions and notes will be sent to DIA’s follow-up programme and then transferred to the specialised departments and sections for follow-up.
Abdullah Al Siboosi, Director of DIA, said that the app is linked to all of the department’s programmes and e-systems, which will make the job of inspectors easier in completing mosque maintenance requests.
