Sharjah Charity Association has launched its summer campaign, "Relief and Comfort," to help workers and low-income families stay cool during the hot summer months. The campaign focuses on providing cooling appliances and essential electrical items to families in need, while also distributing cold drinks to workers across various companies and work sites.

Mohammed Ibrahim bin Nassar, Director of Corporate Communication and Marketing at the Association, said that this campaign reflects the charity’s ongoing commitment to helping the most vulnerable groups—especially those who are directly affected by the harsh summer heat. The goal, he explained, is to provide comfort and protection to help these individuals continue their daily work safely.

Bin Nassar also mentioned that the charity’s field teams have already started handing out water and cold juices to workers at their job sites. In addition, the teams are spreading awareness about the dangers of heat exhaustion and how to stay safe in high temperatures. "We care deeply about the safety and well-being of these workers who play an important role in building our community," he said.

The campaign also extends its support to struggling families by providing cooling units and basic electrical appliances that help make their homes more livable during the summer. Bin Nassar emphasized that this is not just financial support—it is about compassion and building stronger community bonds. "This initiative is a reminder of the importance of kindness, giving, and standing together," he added.

Bin Nassar said that Sharjah Charity Association will continue to launch initiatives that respond to the real needs of the community. "We are committed to being a bridge that connects support to those who truly need it, always with a sense of humanity and national responsibility," he said.
