UAE Vice-President briefed on Emirates Talent Association’s work

Dubai: His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, on Tuesday visited the Emirates Talent Association.
Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince, was present.
Shaikh Mohammad, alongside Lieutenant General Dahi Khalfan Tamim, deputy chairman of Police and General Security in Dubai and chairman of the association, watched a presentation given by Munira Safar, secretary-general of the association.
The presentation highlighted the goals and strategy of the association and contained the IQ test results of 50 primary and high school students. The association chose 17 students who passed the test. Two of these students, Fadil Al Mazroui and Khalifa Huraiz Al Maktoum, presented their innovative ideas before Shaikh Mohammad.
Shaikh Mohammad expressed his admiration for their ideas, and encouraged them to keep moving forward with their innovations in the fields of science, industry, economy and knowledge so that they can achieve their goals in building a bright future for Emirati innovators.
Shaikh Mohammad praised the idea behind setting up the association, which focuses on scouting for talented students and nurturing their talents by providing with an environment that helps them develop their capabilities so they can use them in driving forward social development.
