Dubai: The Dubai Future Foundation (DFF) has announced the appointment of Khalfan Juma Belhoul as deputy CEO for Strategy, and Abdul Aziz Khalid Al Jazairi as deputy CEO for Projects.

The announcement is in line with the directives of Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, and chairman of the board of trustees of DFF.

The key appointments, DFF said, underpin the foundation’s efforts to attract and empower excellent national talents, and enable them to perform an effective role and contribute to achieving the targets of UAE Centennial 2071.

Belhoul, CEO of DFF, has also served as a vice-president of strategy at Dubai Holding . He is also an Emirates Development Bank board member, and holds an M.Sc in electronic commerce and a B.Sc in finance and management information systems, both from Boston University.

Al Jaziri is director of Area 2071 in the Executive Office of His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. He also served as a project manager for the last 10 years contributing to the development of innovative programmes. He holds a bachelor degree and a higher diploma of applied science in civil engineering technology, and is a graduate of the UAE Government Leaders Programme.
