Application, available in both Arabic and English, to help facilitate faster processing of legal transactions
Dubai: Dubai Courts has revealed the launch of ‘Smart Inheritance,’ the latest addition to its growing portfolio of smart applications. Available in both English and Arabic versions, the new app has been designed to help facilitate faster completion of legal transactions concerning inheritance issues between heirs, agents and guardians.
The release of ‘Smart Inheritance’ is expected to drive in an 80 per cent reduction in clients, which means that they no longer have to go to Dubai Courts to file for their claims and instead do the process online. The new app is based on an interactive methodology that aims to help customers with their inheritance claims and other related issues like certification, supplies inheritance portions, debt and exchange of assessments.
Tarish Eid Al Mansouri, Director-General of Dubai Courts, said that the newly-launched smart app is part of Dubai Courts’ continuing commitment towards providing world class, highly interactive, excellent and efficient services that will not only result in high performance indicators but also make legal transactions faster and easier to complete — making customers happier and more satisfied. He added that ‘Smart Inheritance’ was implemented under the directives of the UAE’s leadership and is one of the many smart apps scheduled to be launched this year to help reduce the number of customers by 80 per cent — encouraging them further to use the available smart apps online.
“The new service, which will help our clients save time and effort, also demonstrates the great importance that we have placed towards the development of integrated smart and innovative services — contributing greatly to the efforts to build a smart, creative and pro-active government offering effective solutions that will make people happy and ensure the well-being of the community. We are confident that this new service will receive strong response from our customers and reinforce Dubai Courts’ efforts to position itself as a model for the global judiciary industry,” Al Mansouri said.
