DIFC Courts wins customer service award

Dubai: The DIFC Courts, Dubai’s English language common-law judicial system won a third consecutive Customer Service Week Award when courts’ coordinator Rita Engelbrecht was awarded the Customer Service Skill Awar.

Rita was acknowledged as an individual with outstanding customer service skills and knowledge who consistently exceeds customer expectations. This year’s win follows the court’s e-Registry platform recognition at the awards in 2011 and plaudits for its registry service in 2010.
