Abu Dhabi: Rescuers have found the body of an Emirati child reported missing during a cruise on the River Nile in Egypt.
The Media Department at the Egyptian Ministry of Interior confirmed that the body of six-year-old Hamad Abdullah Al Ali was found on Sunday.
The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs had been cooperating and coordinating with the UAE embassy in Cairo in the search and rescue operation for Al Ali.
The child's father reported on Friday that his son had fallen into the Nile during a cruise.
