This remarkable achievement marks another milestone in the force’s ongoing journey of global sports excellence, showcasing the high readiness and capabilities of Abu Dhabi Police personnel and reinforcing the UAE’s presence on the international athletic stage.

The team competed in a wide range of sports, including shooting, cross-country running, cycling (track, road, and uphill), jiu-jitsu, CrossFit, javelin throw, 800m and 1500m track races, half-marathon, triathlon, various swimming events, and indoor rowing (ergometer).

Brigadier Dr. Rashid Borshid Al Naqbi, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Police Sports Council, praised the team’s outstanding performance, emphasising that the results reflect the unwavering support of the police leadership and its commitment to providing a comprehensive training and athletic environment that nurtures talent.

The team delivered standout performances in jiu-jitsu, securing multiple gold and bronze medals. They also excelled in running, javelin throw, and CrossFit events, earning medals across track, road, and uphill races. The cross-country team notably clinched gold in the 10-kilometer team race.
