Fire breaks out at a building in Baniyas area, Dubai

Dubai: Fire broke out at an eleven-storey building in Baniyas area, a Dubai Civil Defence spokesperson said.

"There were no injuries reported, and people have been evacuated safely from the building," he said in a statement.

The fire is believed to have started on the fifth floor. Teams from three civil defence stations are working to put out the fire.
