Weathermen predict a dip in temperature across the UAE

Al Ain: Strong winds have been kicking up dust and sand in many parts of the country on Sunday. Forecasters predict a dip in temperature on Sunday and Monday.

It would be hazy and partly cloudy on Sunday, according to the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS).

In its 48-hour forecast, NCMS said wind - with speed of 10 to 18 knots over land and 25 knots over sea – is expected to hit the country. This can lead to rough condition in the sea with waves as high as six to eight feet.

The temperature would slightly dip in the night and start going up from Tuesday.

The maximum temperature on Sunday: 33 degree Celsius in Al Ain and Ras Al Khaimah; 32 degree Celsius in Umm Al Quwain; 31 degree Celsius in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ajman; 30 degree Celsius in Dubai.
