Dubai: As part of the Dubai Police General Command’s commitment to providing the best services to pilgrims and easing their journey, the General Department of Airport Security at Dubai Police facilitated the departure procedures for the official Hajj delegation of the UAE, ensuring smooth and well-organized operations at Dubai International Airport.

The procedures were overseen by Major General Ali Atiq bin Lahej, Assistant Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police for Ports Affairs, in the presence of Brigadier Hamouda Bel Suwaida Al Ameri, Director of the General Department of Airport Security, his deputy Brigadier Ahmed Obaid Al Muhairi, Brigadier Hamad bin Dilan, Assistant Director General for Operations Affairs, Colonel Abdullah Faisal Al Dosari, Director of Terminal 1, Lieutenant Colonel Jamal Al Qahtani, Director of Terminal 2, along with a number of officers and staff.

Major General Ali Atiq bin Lahej praised the efforts made to ease the pilgrims' travel, affirming that these efforts aim to enhance the quality of services provided and ensure the pilgrims' comfort during their blessed journey. He wished the pilgrims a smooth and spiritually fulfilling journey.

A video on social media shows pilgrims expressing their gratitude to Dubai Police for distributing umbrellas equipped with fans and water sprays to help them cope with the heat.
