Session focused on excavations that helped experts understand rich history of UAE
Abu Dhabi:
The Multaqa Zayed National Museum series returned Thursday with a discussion on the archaeological excavations that have helped experts around the world develop a better understanding of the UAE’s rich history.
Held at Manarat Al Saadiyat, the topic of the discussion was ‘Unearthing a Rich History’ through important archaeological sites such as Jebel Faya in Sharjah, Jebel Barakah in Al Gharbia, Ed Dur in Umm Al Quwain and a Christian monastery on Sir Bani Yas Island, among others.
