Sharjah Police to fine motorists caught with stickers on number plate

Sharjah: Police started a campaign to stop motorists from putting decorative stickers on vehicle number plates.

Brigadier Humaid Al Hudaidi, Director General at Sharjah Police, has instructed Traffic Police to fine motorists caught with stickers on their number plates.

It has been common to spot youngsters driving around with heart-shaped stickers and logos around the car, which at times hide the registration number.
