Dubai Police ask residents to identify accident victim

Dubai: Police have asked the public to identify a man who was admitted to Rashid Hospital after being run over by a car.

The victim suffered severe injuries that have left him mentally disabled and unable to communicate.

He did not carry any identification papers as confirmed by police sources. The accident occurred on Al Diyafah Road.
