Fan's expression after a selfie with M S Dhoni is winning hearts online

Dubai: A fan of Mahendra Singh Dhoni was on cloud nine after she got an opportunity to get a selfie with the cricket super star.

The former Indian captain was attending a friend's birthday party when the girl requested for a selfie. The Chennai Super Kings captain readily agreed and posed. The girl then goes through the picture and is all smiles for the great click she managed to get.

The cricketer who usually keeps his personal life away from the public eye has also been praised for his simplicity in attending his friend's birthday party.

Dhoni was recently inducted into the elite ICC Hall of Fame. As Test captain, Dhoni led India in 60 matches, achieving 27 victories. In ODIs, he captained India in 200 matches, securing 110 wins against 74 losses.

“It is an honour to be named in the ICC Hall of Fame, which recognises the contributions of cricketers across generations and from all over the world. To have your name remembered alongside such all-time greats is a wonderful feeling. It is something that I will cherish forever,” he said.
