Dubai: When passengers fly into a country, the last thing they expect would be a warm, welcoming reception by police.

In the video, which was posted by Dubai Police, viewers can see the shocked face of the passenger as she stepped out of an Emirates plane and was unexpectedly greeted by a police official.
