Dubai: Do you have a wish that hasn’t come true yet? Perhaps you want to travel the world, provide education for the poor kids in your community or bag Dh1 million. Whatever it is that you’ve fervently prayed for, it can be granted. And all you need to do is share it.

Big Ticket Abu Dhabi, which has already turned a number of UAE expatriates into millionaires overnight, has launched a new platform that promises to make people’s meaningful wishes come true.

Organisers of the millionaire lottery said they will be choosing five lucky residents in UAE who will have their dreams – be it to drive home a brand-new car, own a villa or make a difference in the society – fulfilled.

Dubbed as “Dear Big Ticket,” the program is open to everyone in the UAE and to be eligible to win, participants need to write a story or produce a video, and send it to the organisers.

“Stories [should be about] people’s wishes. There is no limit to the wishes that people can wish for, so anything would be granted by Big Ticket,” a spokesperson told Gulf News.

“Our vision started by giving away prizes through our Big Ticket Millionaire cash draws… This time, we extend that vision by inviting hopefuls to share their dreams and wishes with us and with the help of the international community, allow us to grant the wishes of the most deserving individuals,” organisers said on their website.

A selection committee will determine a shortlist of 20 entries, which will then be opened to a public vote.

The five individuals who will win the most votes will get to have their wishes fulfilled. The winners will be announced on December 7, 2018.
