Abu Dhabi: UAE leaders exchanged congratulations on Monday on the occasion of Eid Al Adha.
President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan sent cables to Arab and Islamic Leaders, Kings and Princes congratulating them on the occasion of Eid Al Adha.
Shaikh Khalifa wished them good health, and prosperity to their nations and people.
His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, sent similar cables.
Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed congratulated Shaikh Khalifa on the occasion.
Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed wished him good health and happiness and prayed to Allah the Almighty to protect the UAE President, as well as further progress, welfare and development for the UAE.
Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed also extended Eid greetings to Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid, Their Highnesses Supreme Council Members and Rulers of the Emirates, Deputy Rulers, and UAE citizens and residents.
He also congratulated the brave soldiers of the UAE Armed Forces, and prayed to Allah the Almighty to support and protect them.
Cables were also sent to Shaikh Khalifa, and leaders of Arab and Islamic countries by His Highness Dr Shaikh Sultan Bin Mohammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, His Highness Shaikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, and His Highness Shaikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah.
