In this certain incident, the surprise left these three drivers beaming from ear to ear.
In the video clip posted on Instagram, Abdul Aziz Baz enters a cab and meets drivers from Pakistan, Bangladesh and India. He then reveals the ultimate gift of a free round-trip to their home country.
The heart-warming initiative was made in collaboration with Etihad Airways.
In a statement to Gulf News, an Etihad Airways spokesman said: “As part of Etihad Airways’ ongoing commitment to the Year of Giving and in the spirit of Ramadan, we partnered with local social media star Bin Baz to give back to some of our capital city’s workers dedicated to their job.
"During a drive around Abu Dhabi, Bin Baz surprised three taxi drivers from Pakistan, Bangladesh and India with a Ramadan treat of a complimentary ticket to fly home and meet their families. We were delighted to bring joy, happiness and smiles all round to these deserving individuals.”
