Asian woman’s body found hanging in Sharjah house

Sharjah: Sharjah Police have launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of a 43-year-old Asian woman whose body was found hanging at her house in Al Dhaid area.

The body was found hanging from the ceiling fan by family members of the woman around 8pm on Monday.

Police rushed to the scene upon receiving information about the incident and conducted investigation.

The Public Prosecution has ordered officials to shift the body to the forensic lab for an autopsy to determine if there was any criminal act behind her death.
