Dubai: A man has been arrested on charges of inciting sedition and endangering national unity and social peace, Dubai Police said on Tuesday.
Saleh Al Dafiri was arrested by police on charges of promoting instigative ideologies verbally, in writing and by other means.
He will be referred to Public Prosecution within 48 hours. A spokesman for Dubai Police said the UAE law punishes those who incite sedition.
