Superstar Rajinikanth once again demonstrated his humility by travelling in economy class alongside his daughter, Aishwarya, on Wednesday. A video that surfaced online shows the legendary actor receiving a warm welcome from fellow passengers onboard the flight.

The footage captures Rajinikanth seated in the front row of the economy section. Responding to enthusiastic chants of “Thalaiva, we want to see your face,” the actor stood up with a smile, stepped into the aisle, and greeted fans with folded hands — prompting cheers and applause from passengers, many of whom rushed to catch a closer glimpse.

Rajinikanth’s grounded demeanour left fans both surprised and delighted, with several praising his simplicity despite his superstar status.

The actor was also spotted with Aishwarya at Hyderabad airport on August 6, though it remains unclear whether the visit was for personal or professional reasons.

Meanwhile, excitement is building around Rajinikanth’s next big-screen outing, Coolie, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and produced by Kalanithi Maran under the Sun Pictures banner.

The action-packed entertainer boasts a star-studded cast including Nagarjuna, Upendra, Aamir Khan, Shruti Haasan, and Soubin Shahir. The film is set for a theatrical release on 14 August, coinciding with the Independence Day weekend.
