Farhan Akhtar’ new movie is all about Delhi youngster
Actress Priya Anand, who will be seen in Farhan Akhtar’s production “Fukrey”, says she recently shot for a promotional song for the film and is excited about it.
“We recently shot for a promotional video for the film. It’s a fun song and we all are really looking forward to the film. It’s a special song,” Anand said.
“Fukrey”, a buddy movie which revolves around Delhi-based youngsters, is being co-produced by Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani under their banner Excel Entertainment. Directed by Mrigdeep Singh Lamba, “Fukrey” also features Pulkit Samrat and Richa Chadda.
“The film was shot in Delhi. The term ‘Fukrey’ [vagabound] is a Delhi slang. The last scene of the film is left to shoot,” said the 26-year-old actress said.
As of now, Priya is currently busy promoting her film “Rangrezz”.
“I had auditioned for the film before the release of ‘English Vinglish’. Things has been going great since then. I had a great time shooting for the film,” she said.
