Mel Gibson gets to see more of daughter Lucia

Gibson had been embroiled in a bitter custody battle with Russian singer Oksana Grigorieva over their daughter since the couple split earlier this year.

The former couple had signed an agreement in May granting both of them joint physical and legal custody of the child. Gibson was entitled to a total of six days of visitation with Lucia, including three overnight visits, every two weeks.

Grigorieva had hoped to have the actor stripped of the overnight stays. However, a judge has now agreed to increase Gibson's visitation rights. The additional time amounts to a few extra hours a week, reports contactmusic.com.
