Shilpa Shetty completes 24 years in Bollywood
Actress says she still feels as young as when she started her career
Actress Shilpa Shetty was ecstatic as she took to social media to celebrate 24 years in the Hindi film industry.
Shetty wrote on Twitter: “Wow! Can’t believe it’s been 24 years of Baazigar and my career. Good thing is I still feel 24. Blessed.”
She made her acting debut with superstar Shah Rukh Khan in Baazigar in 1993.
The actress’ husband, businessman Raj Kundra, congratulated her on Twitter.
He wrote: “Dearest Shilpa Shetty congrats on completing 24 years in Bollywood. Did you start when you were one? Still looking a zillion dollars! Shah Rukh Khan threw you off a building [in Baazigar]. You just shut up and bounced back. More power to you.”
Directed by Abbas-Mustan, Baazigar also featured actress Kajol.
Earlier this year, Shetty produced her first live game show titled Aunty Boli Lagao Boli: Sabse Kam Sabse Anokhi.
