Shah Rukh’s ‘Jabra Fan’ recorded in Arabic

The song Jabra Fan for superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film Fan has now been recorded with an Arabic twist.

Jabra Fan has already been recorded in a number of Indian languages such as Bhojpuri, Bengali and Tamil, apart from the original Hindi.

Titled Jabara Fan, the bilingual Arabic and Hindi version is sung by Abdelfettah Grini, a Moroccan singer.

Khan, who performed in Dubai last weekend, introduced Grini on stage. Khan danced along with Grini while he sang the new version of the song.

Fan revolves around a young boy from Delhi named Gaurav played by Khan, who travels to Mumbai to wish his favourite actor Aryan Khanna (also played by Khan) for his birthday.

Directed by Maneesh Sharma and produced by Aditya Chopra, Fan also features Shriya Pilgaonkar. The film will release in the UAE on April 14.
