Dubai: The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) said on Wednesday it has entered into an agreement with the Monetary Authority of Singapore to develop an environment that supports financial technology.

The deal provides a framework for cooperation between the innovation teams of each authority, the DFSA said, and reflects commitment to support the development of financial services through new technology.

The DFSA said in a statement that the deal will enable financial technology firms to extend their reach globally.
