UAE-Italy business forum kicks off
More than 200 Emirati and Italian businessmen attend event
Abu Dhabi: The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, ADCCI, in cooperation with Confederation of Italian Industries, Confindustria, and the Italian Embassy in the UAE, have launched the UAE-Italian Business Forum.
Sultan Bin Saeed Al Mansouri, UAE Minister of Economy, Carlo Calenda, Italian Deputy Minister of Economic Development, Giorgio Starace, Italian Ambassador to the UAE, and a host of representatives from more than 200 Italian and Emirati companies in the construction and contracting industry attended the event.
Giorgio Starace, Italian Ambassador to the UAE, said that the large Italian participation in the joint forum reflects his country’s interest in the Abu Dhabi and UAE markets, and its desire to increase cooperation with construction and contracting companies in the UAE.
