UAE, Estonia share best practices for smart e-service

Dubai: A delegation from the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) of the UAE together with several government entities made an official three-day visit to Estonia. The team exchanged knowledge and experiences regarding the UAE’s recent achievements in the smart transformation of its e-services and promote joint collaboration between the two countries, TRA said in a statement on Tuesday. The delegation reviewed Estonia’s X-Road and DigiDoc projects, as well as assessed other government e-services applications for electronic identity, digital signature, and various innovative initiatives.
