Dubai: Shuaa Capital, the Dubai-listed investment firm, announced on Thursday that it has appointed Fouad Tariq Khan as chief executive officer of the company effective immediately.

The appointment follows approval from Shuaa’s board of directors, and will elevate Khan from his former position as general manager of the company.

It is not immediately clear who Khan will replace. According to the company’s website, it doesn’t have a chief executive, but has two directors including Khan, and Jasem Ahmad Al Ali.

Shuaa’s share prices ended the day flat on Thursday at Dh1.17.
