Nakheel awards Dh79.7 million construction contract for St. Regis Beach Club
An extension to the new hotel there, the beach club will open in 2019

Developer Nakheel says that construction is under way on the Palm’s St. Regis Beach Club, with the company awarding a contract worth Dh79.7 million to Ghantoot Gulf Contracting.
The contract is to build the beachfront facility, which will offer restaurants, lifestyle and fitness venues with extensive views of the Arabian Gulf.
Due to open in 2019, the St. Regis Beach Club will become an extension to the St. Regis Dubai hotel on the Palm, a 289-room hotel forming part of Nakheel’s 52-storey Palm Tower, under construction nearby.
