Tasweek finalises handover of Malaysian joint venture

Dubai: Tasweek has completed the hand over of its Malaysian joint venture project, The Haven Lakeside residences, the Abu Dhabi-based real estate firm said on Monday.

The development is a three-tower luxury residential project co-developed with Malaysian property developer Superboom Projects.

Tasweek recently said it will expand into Thailand and Indonesia following its planned initial public offering later this year.

The company, however, has put plans to expand into Iraq and Lebanon on hold due to regional instability.
