Dubai: RAK Properties on Monday launched sales for Anantara Mina Residences, a collection of 84 branded waterfront apartments and 19 villas on Hayat Island, Ras Al Khaimah. The development combines private homeownership with five-star resort services, and marks the company’s latest move into the luxury branded residential segment.

The project sits near the upcoming Wynn Al Marjan Island resort and offers direct beach access. Apartment options include suites, one- and two-bedroom units, and three-bedroom sky villas across 12 floors. The villas, available in three to five-bedroom layouts, span three levels and include private jetties.

Residents will have access to a range of amenities including a swimming pool, gym, yoga studio, cinema room, conference facilities, children’s play area, and an on-site restaurant. Additional à la carte services such as in-home dining, concierge, and valet will be provided by Anantara, the hospitality brand owned by Minor Hotels.

RAK Properties CEO Sameh Muhtadi said the launch aligns with the developer’s broader Mina masterplan, which was announced earlier this year to coincide with the company’s 20th anniversary. “Partnering with globally recognised brands such as Anantara is part of our ambition to make Mina one of the region’s most desirable destinations for luxury living and investment,” he said.

Buyers will have the option to use the residences as primary homes, lease them independently, or join Anantara’s managed rental pool. The development follows the 2024 opening of the Anantara Mina Resort & Spa and forms part of an expanded partnership with Minor Hotels.

Amir Golbarg, Senior Vice President at Minor Hotels, said the project reflects Anantara’s aim to offer lifestyle-focused residential options in key destinations.

The Anantara Mina Residences is part of Ras Al Khaimah’s broader strategy to boost luxury real estate and tourism offerings. The emirate currently has over 7,500 hotel rooms in development, with strong demand driven by waterfront living and branded hospitality experiences.
