Plans to offer advice on Canadian property

Canadian developer Empire Communities plans to open an office in Dubai.

The base will be used to introduce GCC investors opportunities in Canada’s real estate market as well as to explore developing major properties in Dubai. “By opening our Dubai office, we want to demonstrate that we are long-term players and will be available locally to help with the evaluation and buying process,” said Daniel Guizzetti, president and CEO of Empire Communities.
