Dubai: Dubai's Sheikh Zayed Road is getting its latest twin-towers - and with one of the most iconic names attached to them.

The 'Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers' will create 754 branded residences and thus extending the legacy created from the 'Emirates Towers' branding.

The project comes from Meraas, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate.

A one-bedroom apartment starts from Dh3.5 million. Completion of the project is scheduled for 2030.

The location offers views of the Museum of the Future and Downtown Dubai, 'with each residence crafted to ensure complete privacy'. The towers are designed by SCDA Architects and will being a 'distinctive' cantilevered architectural form. (The cantilever also came into play at the One Za'abeel twin towers...)

A private entrance under the cantilever leads to a 'double-height lobby, serene garden courtyard and lounge'.

The development will have 3 exclusive sky terraces that feature infinity-edge pools, landscaped lounges and open-air entertainment spaces.
