New development features six towers with over 1,400 units on premium waterfront land
Dubai: Damac Properties has officially launched a new residential project in Dubai Maritime City in collaboration with English football club Chelsea F.C.
The development, named Chelsea Residences by DAMAC, will include six towers reaching 130 metres in height, offering more than 1,400 residential units. The project is situated on one of the remaining premium waterfront plots in the area, providing sea-facing views of the Arabian Gulf and the Dubai skyline.
The launch event was held in Dubai and attended by Amira Sajwani, Managing Director of Damac, and Todd Kline, President of Commercial at Chelsea F.C. The project marks the first branded residential collaboration between Damac and Chelsea F.C. in the region.
The development will incorporate a range of Chelsea-branded amenities, including a rooftop football pitch, branded fitness and wellness facilities, and a private cinema. Other features planned for the towers include an infinity pool, cryotherapy centre, yoga studio, and multiple recreational areas.
Residential units are designed following biophilic principles, with floor-to-ceiling windows and interior designs influenced by both London and Dubai aesthetics. The starting price for apartments is listed at Dh2.17 million. Unit options will include one-, two-, and three-bedroom configurations.
According to Damac, the project also includes sustainability features such as water filtration systems, and wellness-focused common areas. The development is positioned as a high-end addition to the ongoing transformation of Dubai Maritime City into a mixed-use waterfront hub.
No projected completion date has been provided at this time.
