Dubai: Credo Investments FZE has awarded the contract for its Dh500 million commercial venture at Business Bay, The Prism, to leading international project management company Hamilton Project Management.
The contract was signed by Sajjad M Rashid, President of Credo Investments FZE and Namir G Shaffu, President and CEO of Hamilton Project Management.
The second commercial property developed by Credo, which is strategically located at the entrance to the Business Bay, is expected to be ready by the end of 2008.
"In line with Credo's commitment to delivering quality commercial properties on a timely basis and in accordance with client expectations we have appointed leading project management company Hamilton Project Management to assist us in our endeavour to complete our flagship project, the Prism, on time," said Mohammad Dewji, CEO of Credo Investments.
Established in Dubai nearly 10 years ago, Hamilton has accumulated a portfolio of major projects that include JW Marriott Hotel expansion, the Kendah House building, Ismaili Centre, Marina Star in Dubai Marina, One Bayswater, the Gemini, the Binary and the Prism at the Business Bay, the Square Dubai, Hilton Hotel, Doha and Le Meridien Hotel in Mauritius.
