Improving the emirate's sustainable development will be the top priority in strategic plan
Dubai: Shaikh Ahmad Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Chairman of Dubai Airports and Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates airline and Group and Chairman of the Economic Development Committee, said the government will always seek to enhance the economic and social development of Dubai by mobilising all efforts and potential to preserve its achievements over the last years.
Shaikh Ahmad made the statement on the occasion of a meeting with Hani Al Hamli, Secretary-General of the Dubai Economic Council (DEC) and Ali Ebrahim, Sectoral Coordinator of the Economic Development Committee during which they discussed how the DEC can contribute to the committee's activities aimed at realising the goals of the Dubai Strategic Plan 2015.
Shaikh Ahmad said that the Economic Development Committee is currently studying the strategic plan of the Economic Development chapter of the Dubai Strategic Plan 2015 which aims to enhance the sustainable development and the location of Dubai as a global hub of finance and business.
