Dubai: National Central Cooling or Tabreed said on Monday its board will meet on April 29 to discuss first quarter to March results among other items.

Tabreed recorded nearly a quarter rise in net profits for 2014 to be at Dh328.2 million. In March, the company approved a cash dividend of five fils per share.

Tabreed has 69 district cooling plants across the GCC and provides its services to many of the region’s critical projects.
